These General Conditions (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) have the purpose of regulating the conditions for use of the Internet website found at www.joidor.com, Joi d'Or, P.O. Box 101 - 43800 Valls - Tarragona (Spain) (hereinafter “the website” or "Joi d'Or") the business objective of which is the commercialisation and sale of products. 

The above-mentioned website was prepared created and designed for Joi d'Or, with the aim of informing about and allowing access to the information contained in it, with the restrictions and limitations imposed by these General Conditions, as well as permitting and enabling access to other websites with which this website has commercial or professional relations or those of any other nature.

By using the website, you become one of its Users (hereinafter “User”). By being a User you declare you are aware of and accept without reservations or exceptions all the General Conditions stated in this document.

Through the Joi d’Or website, Users are offered the possibility to access the contents, services and other information regarding the business purpose of this entity. These general conditions integrally constitute what is agreed between the parts with regard to the on-line purchasing transactions between Joi d’Or and its clients.

The conditions for accessing the website are subject to current legal dispositions at all times as well as the principles of good faith and lawful use by the User, and any kind of action that could damage or be to the detriment of the website or third parties is expressly and specifically forbidden.

4- Prices, Payment, Insurance Cover and Delivery Dates

Joi d'Or’s prices include VAT.

The product acquired must be paid for after placing the order by paying Joi d’Or the full amount by means of any of our payment methods, which are:

Shipments will be made using a delivery service with a maximum delivery date of 2 weeks from the time the order is formalised. If, for any reason, it is calculated that delivery will exceed this deadline, Joi d’Or will inform the client about the incident and the client may cancel the order or change the articles chosen.

The goods that are the object of each order will travel to their destination insured by Joi d’Or, which will meet this cost. Any error discovered in the order must be notified by the addressee in a reliable way to Joi d’Or within fifteen days of its reception.

5- Guarantee

The guarantee that covers all our products is that established by current laws in Spain and the European Union.

6- Returns and the Rights of Settlement and Revocation

If you return or cancel the order, we will only return 50% of the amount paid on formalising the order, as our work is done exclusively to order and we need to cover the costs of the materials and the labour involved.
To claim this right, please contact Joi d’Or who will inform you in less than 2 working days about the state of your order.

To return any product, clients should contact Joi d’Or indicating the invoice number and their wish to formalise the return of the order.

Joi d'Or will only accept returned goods:
1- If the purchaser carries out his right to return within 5 days of receiving the order. Joi d’Or will accept this right to return the goods only if the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered and ready for sale, with their corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition, as long as the client has fulfilled the requirements mentioned in the point concerning delivery. In this case, Joi d’Or will proceed to return to the client the amount paid less the shipment and packaging expenses involved.

2- If the goods are faulty. In this case, Joi d’Or will be subject to the Spanish Law on Faulty Products. After a study on the reason for the fault, the product will only be replaced for another one with identical conditions and features if there is a deterioration fault due to handling or transport reasons. In this case, Joi d’Or will take on all the shipping expenses involved.

3- Joi d'Or will accept the return of goods when, for reasons that can be attributed to it, the product requested does not correspond to that which the client ordered. In this case, Joi d’Or will take on any shipment expenses incurred.

4- If a return is agreed on, the amount to be returned will be repaid using the same payment method used by the client on making the purchase.

7- Intellectual property

All the contents that can be accessed through the service offered by Joi d’Or are subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights belonging to Joi d’Or or third parties. These contents may not be used, duplicated, distributed, sold, exploited or used in any other way whether for business purposes or not, without the previous, compulsory consent in writing of their owner (Joi d’Or).

In the same way, Joi d’Or will be responsible for the brand names, logos and other distinctive signs that are incorporated in any part of the website and that belong to Joi d’Or, as holder of the Intellectual or Industrial Property Rights or as their licensee.

8- Protection of minors

Only adults or minors with the authorisation of their parents or tutors may purchase goods from www.joidor.com.

9- Data protection

The processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.- Legal

The delivery of the goods is considered for all effects and purposes to take place in Tarragona, and all parties, in the case of any matters or divergences, will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of this province, renouncing any other area of jurisdiction that may correspond to the buyer.

11.- Commitment

Joi d'Or commits itself:

- To verify the correct reception of the deliveries by the purchasers.

- To answer queries or complaints made within 24 hours and to communicate any possible delay in the case of late deliveries, offering the client a new estimated response deadline.

- To maintain a simple system or form for solving problems or complaints, accessible via the Internet or by e-mail.

- Not to carry out deceitful advertising. All our commercial information will be rigorous, truthful and verified in as far as our possibilities and means allow.

- Not to send out commercial information without identifying it as such.

The User declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the entire General Conditions.
